The impact of climate change can be now seen all over the world whether in developed or developing countries.
The impact has been becoming extremely serious in the past decades, and it has been observed in various unexpected situations such as temperature and sea level rise, much frequently observed in the form of extreme storms and floods, as well as increased illnesses and diseases, etc. With those entire crisis situations, the international environmental convention called “United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC)” was opened for signature on May 9, 1992 and entered into force on March 21, 1994. The objective of the convention is "stabilization of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere at a level that would prevent dangerous anthropogenic interference with the climate system.”
